  • Arrange 50% debt finance prior to acquisition completion
  • Create and manage the asset management business plan and implement agreed asset strategies
  • Refurbishment of empty lower ground floor and reception, to include alternative uses/provision of cycle racks, showers and create excellent facilities in the building.
  • Manage vacant office floor refurbishment design and built process, select the most competent contractor and oversee the construction process
  • Quarterly reporting including the financial and operational performance with market analysis
  • Re-gear 2 tenant leases to achieve the target ERVs and best rental return on vacant floors
